Former NCC student and semi-finalist of MasterChef: The Professionals 2020, Victor Okunowo, takes over the OKN1 Kitchen once again to bring you ‘A Taste of Africa’.

The nine course tasting menu, £47.50 per person, features a range of dishes inspired by ingredients and dishes popular in African cuisine.

Dishes include kachumbari, a fresh tomato and onion salad popular in East Africa and amala bread - a local indigenous Yoruba ingredient, native to the Yoruba ethnic group of Southwestern Nigeria.
